Hello readers and friends!
This last Sunday I've tried to cook a "Strudel" a typical dessert of Austria, Germany and North Italy.
It is made with a lot of apples, pine nuts, raisins and sugar.
My secret is also a little bit of breadcrumbs, a fantastic idea to absorbing the humidity of apples.
After this wonderful dessert,I decided to try something else...like a "Vegetables strudel".
I cooked zucchini, aubergine, carrots, yellow pepper and some soy sauce!
Uhmmmm,delicious!! Trust me, it is a great antipasto :)
This week-end ther is a fantastic fair with a huge amount of merry-go-rounds, food stands and a trade fair. I will make a lot of pics!!! I will write a post about that.
